A: We operate from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. We all live in this city and fully operate our business using team management systems, virtual meetings, emails and text. We love technology (plus it helps keep our costs down) which means we can offer you more affordable options.

A: We operate Monday through Friday, From 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Of course, you can always email us whenever an idea strikes. We are always connected even if we’re closed.

A: We have degrees in information technology, software engineering, and over 10 years in combined customer service experience. We are familiar with principals of project management, implementing technology to enhance business growth, knowledge of several programming languages including HTML, PHP, JavaScript, Java and C#. We feel absolutely confident to say we know technology and how to use it for growth purposes.

A: We are always learning about new trends and techniques to give our customers the most up-to-date designs. We can create contractor websites that include photos and forms to connect with customers. We can create nonprofit sites including any donation buttons and content. We can design online shops including a full shopping cart experience and self-checkout processes.

We can design websites for any idea you may be considering, and if we can’t, we will be honest and let you know. Client satisfaction is a top priority and promising something that we can’t deliver is a big NO for us.

A: The first thing we do is schedule a meeting and talk to you. We find out what purpose you need the website for, we find out what actions you need visitors to take on your website, and we identify the best features to help you get those results. Before we start the design process, we conduct industry research to determine best practices and we present 3 initial mockups so you can select the one you like the most. You are allowed to make 4 edits to your design once we start working on it to ensure that you are getting exactly what you hired us to deliver. So short answer: we don’t decide what’s best. You and us, we work together to determine the best look and feel for your new or replacement website.

A: One of the things we pay very close attention to is content. To ensure your website has the best content possible we ask our project managers to work one-on-one with you to extract the most important details about your business or idea. Throughout the development process we continue to work with you on refining the concepts and services that will be presented to your visitors. So you don’t have to know how to write amazing content or even have to be an incredible writer, we will be there for you every step of the way. Building brands and presenting the best of you is what we do.

A: This is a complex question. The short answer is yes, it will. Now, we want to clarify that being accessible and indexed by search engines does not automatically mean that you will show up in the first page of results. We will make sure your website is optimized for search engines and will submit it to Google for indexing but when it comes to rankings there is much work that has to be done. Increasing rankings is a process called online visibility. We offer some affordable options for improving online visibility, check out our pricing page to learn more.

A: There are several actions you can take to help boost your website rankings. You can review and edit any existing Title and description tags (we automatically create these for you) but it’s always a good practice to review them over time and update as needed. You can add industry-specific blog content to your site. You can list your business across local directories to make It easier for customers to find you. You can also reach out to other industry sources to see if they are willing to refer your content in their blog or site. Of course, you can always let us take care of this for you after we design your website.

A: Online visibility is an on-going process. Technology is always changing and so are search engines as well as the algorithms they use for rankings. Typically you will start seeing results within 4 months. As long as your website is kept up-to-date and your content is relevant your position in search results should continue to improve. Don’t expect to be #1 overnight, this does not happen. Companies that promise results in days or weeks are most likely using black-hat techniques which could have a negative impact on your rankings. We don’t promise results overnight, we promise good SEO practices and steady results over time. A: It depends on the complexity of it but we aim to have our projects done within 2 weeks. The longest it will take for a complex project with many moving parts is 6 weeks. This is to ensure code integrity and quality.

A: For our customers’ convenience and peace of mind all our transactions are done using PayPal. We generate electronic invoices and it’s up to each customer to determine what’s best for them. PayPal does accept credit cards, and most forms of payment. So you have some flexibility to make payments using a debit or credit card. We don’t ever get to either store or interact with any confidential or personal information, everything goes through PayPal processing.

A: No, when it comes to web design, we break our payments in half. We collect 50% of the total at the outset of the project and collect the final payment once we hand over the project and your website is live. For any add-ons we do collect the entire payment at once. And for our monthly service we simply generate an invoice every month according to the pricing structure listed for the specific service requested.

A: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you just submitted a request and our team hasn’t started working on your project, we will refund you 100% of the money. If our team has invested a lot of time and resources into your project and you decide to cancel last minute then we will consider issuing a partial refund – we believe this is fair especially if we are working on a design project. We aim to provide as much info as we can to our customers before committing to any service agreement. So you can expect to have a very clear understanding of our services prior to us requesting any type of payment from you.

A: To deliver reliable results to our clients we make use of reputable advertising platforms. Our main platforms are Google Ads and Facebook Ads. We charge a flat monthly fee for the development of a full marketing campaign as well as its maintenance and continuous improvement. We are familiar with most major advertising platforms including Yelp, Spotify, LinkedIn, Pandora and others. However, most of our clients prefer to leverage the Google and Facebook platforms for their business. Please see our pricing page to see full details about our advertising service and costs.

A: Yes, our design team is able to work with you to create a unique logo and to print business cards so you are all ready to hit the ground running once your website is live. We have your back!
